These are the terms and conditions which apply to your use of this website and to any purchases made on it.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you start to use the website and/or make any purchases. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions as they stand and without modification and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the website.
We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes made, as they are binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in these terms and conditions may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on the website.
You agree to:
Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about you as prompted by any of our forms. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Paredes Photography has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete then Paredes Photography has the right to cease supply and refuse you any and all current or future use of the website (or any portion of it) as well as any portrait gifts applied for.
Place of performance and applicable law
Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this site are directed solely at those who access this site from the United Kingdom mainland. You and we each submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to disputes arising out of this Agreement.
Booking Fee or deposit
The Booking fee secures the time and services of the photographer for the sitting and is non- refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation, it being the agreed loss suffered by the photographer due to cancellation. Sittings that are postponed to a later date will retain the fee as long as the photographer can re-schedule for the new date and time.
Photography Products
Parades Photography will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching. In the case of part mono/part colour images, the colours used will be subject to the photographer’s artistic interpretation and will be deemed to be correct. All photographic products supplied by Paredes Photography are produced to the highest standards using the best quality materials and latest processing techniques. However, all photographs will, in time, fade. This is particularly true if they are left in bright sunlight and are not behind glass. Paredes Photography cannot accept any responsibility for this gradual image deterioration.
Payments
No photographic product will be delivered until all payments due have been paid in full. Payment for images and albums is to be made when they are ordered. Images will not be ordered until payments are made in full. Once an order has been placed, We will not offer a refund
Vouchers
Only one voucher or offer can be used per photography experience or against products arising from that experience.
Complimentary images
Any complimentary images included as part of a competition prize or gift voucher will only be given to the customer after all sessions have been attended including both photo shoot & viewing sessions. Failure to attend either shoot or viewing session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of any complimentary gift and loss of any deposit paid. Failure to attend your viewing session will also result in forfeiture of any complimentary image and any deposit paid. Complimentary gifts will not be chosen by Paredes Photography on your behalf and images can not be put online for viewing. Each family is only able to apply for a complimentary image once in an 18 month period.
Refund Policy
We will not refund, nor accept the return of/refusal to pay charges for, any technically acceptable photograph supplied either in print or in electronic format. No exception can be made as we cannot be held responsible for individual tastes or exceptions.

All complaints are taken seriously and will be investigated as soon as they are brought to our notice. We will endeavour to rectify any problems as soon as possible.
Copyrights
All designs, text, graphics and their selection and arrangement on this site are the copyright of Paredes Photography. Any use of materials on this site without Paredes Photography’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Matters Beyond our Reasonable Control
Paredes Photography shall not be held liable for any breach of this Agreement caused by circumstances out of its control including, but not limited to, Acts of God, fire, lightening, flood, or extremely severe weather, explosion, war, disorder, flood, industrial disputes (whether or not involving our employees), acts or omissions of Internet services providers or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities.
